New Year's resolution

I always wish a new year is better year.
I always think how I can live my life better than current, especially the end of a year.

Without knowing the future, all I can do is wishing my family life is going to be alright.

Canon EF85mm F/1.8 gives me a hope

Since I received my goods from B&H PhotoVideo, I've enjoyed using my digital camera tools. Every time I track my delivery status, I was feeling that not yet but yet. I also thought I should have made the order a little earlier.

The most excited product I purchased is a Canon EF85mm F/1.8. I have read a lot of review and have believed this Canon EF85mm F/1.8 won't break my expectation. This is a fast lens and is the first USM lens for my digital camera life. What I was expecting from this EF85mm f/1.8 were smooth background blur but quick auto focus from USM. In addition, its touch of focus ring.

I initially purchased Canon EOS 50D with EF-S18-200mm IS lens. I am so happy to use this system. However, likewise other beginners, I then purchased a Canon EF50 F/1.8 II. I have enjoyed taking photographs at indoors such as cafes and restaurants. For my memory and enthusiasm, I always take my coffee cup whenever I order a long black coffee. When I try to take photographs for actions, I always wished I had a lens built-in USM. So I thought I can capture a moment of actions with AI Servo and ISO400 and whatever shutter speed pops up on Av mode settings.

I haven't had a chance to take action photographs yet. I am hoping I will come across such a situation.
